DROP-IN

For anyone who is looking to get started we have them reserve a time for a “no-sweat consultation”.  During this meeting you will meet 1:1 with one of our highly experienced coaches to talk about your individual goals and the best services to get you there.  You will also have the chance to get a tour of the gym, meet some of the members, and ask any questions you may have.

Nope!  You can start CrossFit at any fitness level.  Our coaches are trained to modify the workouts to meet our members where they are at and give them a workout fit to their abilities.

YES!  With experienced CrossFit coaches, proper loading, and instruction on technique it is very safe and even functional for everyday life!  Here at SouthWind we ensure that you’re training in the safest, most effective and efficient way possible.

The “WOD” is the “Workout of the Day”. We program a different WOD everyday for our different class offerings.

Yes! We have a few discount options!
