While you can drop-in to a class (which automatically reserves a spot) through the website, you are unable to check into a class or reserve your spot for a given class on the website. You will need to use the TRIIB app to reserve your spot.

If you’re new to CrossFit, we recommend our “QuickFit” Program. This will give you the “method to the madness” that you typically see when you watch a CrossFit class in session. You will learn the lingo, class flow, movement standards and how to adjust movements based on your abilities. This will also show you “best practices” in order to keep you safe and seeing progress!

Absolutely not! People join CrossFit at all different levels! Whether you’ve been “out of the game” for a while or if you’re a former college athlete, we can tailor any WOD to meet you where you’re at!

With inexperienced coaches, bad equipment and the wrong attitude, CrossFit can be dangerous – but so can riding your bike or driving your car. The experienced and proven CrossFit coaches you’ll find at our facility will ensure that you’re training in the safest, most effective and efficient way possible.

A WOD is the “Workout of the Day”. We program a different WOD everyday. We utilize a few different types of exercises for the WOD and depending on the stimulus/focus for the day it will always have one or more of the following exercise types in a single WOD:

1.) Mono-structural or “classic cardio” style movements like running, rowing, biking and jump rope!

2.) Gymnastics or body-weight movements like air squats, push ups, pull ups, ring rows, box jumps, burpees, as well as a few, more, advanced body-weight movements.

3.) Weightlifting or any kind of external load like dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, weight vests, etc.
